Blink Blue

For IT service providers

Your clients need more from their technology. Together, we can help them get it.

You already look after your clients' technology. But when they need help with reporting, data, automation or AI, you don't always have the specialist resources available.

Blink Blue works alongside IT service providers to help their clients make better use of technology, data and AI.

Let's Have a Conversation

An informal 20–30 minute conversation to explore where we might work together.

The opportunity

Your clients are asking bigger questions

Many IT service providers already support their customers with infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud services and ongoing IT support. Those same customers are starting to need something more.

Each question is a chance to offer more value to a client you already know. Building an internal data and AI consultancy is a different decision, and it may not make commercial sense.

That is where Blink Blue comes in. We provide the specialist capability, so you can respond without recruiting for it.

  1. “Can we get better reports from our systems?”

  2. “Why are we still doing this manually?”

  3. “Can we connect these systems?”

  4. “Could AI help us work more efficiently?”

  5. “How do we get all our data into one place?”

How Blink Blue can help

Specialist expertise when you need it

You stay close to the client. Blink Blue brings hands-on help with the data, reporting, automation and AI work they are asking for.

  • Data & Reporting

Help clients see how the business is performing. That includes Power BI, dashboards, management information, data engineering and connecting the systems they already use.

  • Automation & AI

Cut down repetitive work with practical automation, a clear look at where AI could help, and solutions that fit the way the business already operates.

  • Data Strategy & Governance

Help organisations organise, protect and manage their data so people can use it with confidence.

  • Consulting & Delivery

Discovery workshops, solution design, implementation projects and ongoing specialist support when the client needs it.

One familiar example

Getting technology working is one thing. Getting value from it is another.

Your customers already rely on you to provide and support their technology. But once systems like SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Copilot are deployed, they may still need help figuring out how to use them effectively.

That's where Blink Blue can complement your services.

We help businesses organise their information, improve their processes, introduce appropriate governance and identify practical ways to get more value from the technology they've already invested in.

You look after the technology. We help your customers get more from it.

Examples of how we could work together

  • SharePoint & Information Management

You deploy and support SharePoint. Blink Blue helps your customers structure their information, organise document libraries, establish governance and improve how teams collaborate.

  • Microsoft Copilot Readiness & Adoption

You manage Microsoft 365 licensing, configuration and technical enablement. Blink Blue helps customers assess readiness, review information governance, identify valuable use cases and support practical adoption.

  • Power Platform & Process Automation

You manage the Microsoft environment. Blink Blue helps customers identify manual processes, design workflows and implement practical automation using Power Automate and related tools.

Ways we can work together

A partnership that works for both of us

The arrangement can be flexible. We agree how each opportunity works, so it can be commercially useful for both businesses.

  1. 01

    Introductions and Referrals

You identify a client opportunity and introduce Blink Blue. We agree how to work together commercially.

  2. 02

    Specialist Subcontracting

You maintain the primary client relationship while Blink Blue delivers the specialist data, analytics or AI component.

  3. 03

    Joint Client Engagements

We collaborate on opportunities where our combined capabilities provide a stronger solution.

We understand how important your client relationships are. Our role is to complement your services, not compete with them. We'll agree how each engagement works before approaching your client.

An example

Here's what that could look like

This is an illustration of how an engagement could work. It is not a client case study.

An IT provider manages Microsoft 365 and IT support for a growing business. The customer has information spread across Excel, accounting software, a CRM and operational systems. Management is struggling to get a clear picture of business performance.

The IT provider introduces Blink Blue. Together, we assess the problem, design a reporting solution and implement the required integrations and Power BI dashboards.

  • The customer

Gets a clearer picture of business performance.

  • The IT provider

Strengthens the customer relationship and expands what it can offer.

  • Blink Blue

    Provides the specialist delivery capability.
